Luke Easter, Owner & Operations Lead

With over 10 years of experience working with outdoor adventure programs, summer camps, and fire departments, Luke brings a wealth of operational experience and administrative know how to our clients.  As a leading trainer in the fire services industry and a Fire Chief in his hometown, Luke enjoys working with service organizations to help them achieve new efficiencies and safety.  

When not putting out fires or providing top notch instruction to his clients, Luke spends his free time relaxing on the farm with his wife Laura.  He also enjoys rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, and water sports.   

Philip Andrews, Strategy Lead

A graduate of the University of North Carolina - Wilmington with degrees in Finance, Business Management, and Accounting, Philip quickly found his passion in coaching small businesses and non-profits. Through the application of sound business practices and strategy, Philip helps organizations define and realize their goals. He currently holds his CPA license in North Carolina and has over 10 years of experience working with youth camps and outdoor adventure programs.

A lover of all things outdoors, Philip spends his free time snowboarding, hiking, rock climbing, surfing, and sailing the waters around Wrightsville Beach.


Anna Shelley, Project Manager

A true camp program and operations specialist, Anna works with organizations to identify and establish new activities and initiatives.  Through the development of operating procedures and training programs, Anna helps staff groups achieve consistency and cohesion.  She also oversees all of A&E's ongoing projects and is the primary contact for all A&E inquiries. 

Anna is completing a degree in Communications with a minor in Music at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.  You will often find her reading in her ENO hammock, rappelling off of Sauratown mountain, and playing the Harp or Piano.
